A friend told me about a wonderful web site that a very special family started.
Go over and have a look at ‘TO WRITE THEIR NAMES IN THE SAND’. They do a wonderful job, they don’t charge you anything and they do a beautiful job!

The wonderful and talented Jill has just got herself a new website for her fantastic photography business. You all need to wonder over and have a look. JILLIAN HEALEY PHOTOGRAPHY
To anyone in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area, I cant stress to you enough how much you need to book in and have your photos taken by Jill.
It is such a relaxed atmosphere and if she can get me (someone who HATES and NEVER get their photo taken) to pose for her and be truly thrilled with the results then that’s saying something.
S and I are so happy with our photos and our biggest problem was deciding what photos to put on our wall. After a previous experience of having family photos just after Georgia was born (with another studio) that was a true disaster (we came out of that with NO photos) it was refreshing to have someone take our photos that understood what we wanted, took into account our beautiful boy who is not here with us and make us all feel so at ease.
So do yourself a favor if you live in the area and contact Jill. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

A Maxx Update & More Photos

Just wanted to let you know that Maxx put on 104g in 2 days and he has only been back on feeds for 3 days and hadn’t had any milk at all for 2 weeks. He now weighs 1607g
He is still doing well on his breathing prongs but they have had to up his oxygen rate which S&N were told to expect. The Dr’s have said they expect it to go up more and then it should plato out. Fingers crossed!
Just wantd to add another couple of photos. The first is of Maxx wide awake. The second is of him on his first day without the tube. (Yes I know there are still lots of other tubes)

With the permission of S & N I would like to share with you all the very cute ….. Maxx!!! Don’t you just want to eat him up??!! He is now 8 weeks old and such a big fighter for such a little person.

Update On Maxx

Well Im very happy to be able to pass on a little bit of good news. Maxx has been taken off the breathing machine and just has the CPAP (prongs in his nose). S & N know that things cane turn at any minute but for now he is doing really well. The Dr’s are amazed. So far so good.
